Literacy skills are vital to understanding STEM concepts and will lead children to success across all subjects. In Fairy Tale STEM club members will read a picture book and complete a STEM challenge, based on the story. For example, children will read The 3 Little Pigs and conduct the "Blow your house down!" challenge. By tying literacy and STEM together children will develop reading skills and be exposed to the wonderful world of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Materials to complete each book STEM challenge will be provided.

In Kids Club's Minecraft Club students will be given the opportunity to build their own buildings, cities and structures. Children will work independently and collaborate with other club members.
